Jack got back in the room a little after 5:00 pm. He ate a little bit
and used the bathroom, so we are just waiting for the nurse to come
take out the IV and discharge him. He is doing good, feeling ok but
seems a bit groggy.
It has been a LONG day!

Oh wow…what you guys have been through. I just can’t imagine. I’m glad to see he made it out of surgery and is now on the way to recovery. just in time for Thanksgiving. Are you guys going to Dilly? Gosh Heather…remember way back when when i went with you? my how time flies.
Oh, and on a side note. My goal this holiday is to learn how to knit. I mean, more than just casting on and rows. I asked my mom for needles of all sizes and a case to put them in and even yarn. I’m determined.
